Blend in food processor:

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1&1/2 cups Koala Crisp Cereal
  • 2 cups raisins

Put in a large bowl and add the following, mixing by hand:
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey

Chill in fridge, then form into balls and roll in carob powder.

Store in the fridge.

“This is the original recipe. The ones at the retreat were a bit different. I substituted toasted pecans for the cashews, and almond butter for peanut butter (using only 1/2 cup of almond butter because it has more oil in it than peanut butter). I have also used dried blueberries and dried cherries instead of raisins. A friend has also used dried figs. The possibilities are endless.”
