Description: Please join us for a day of teachings, meditation, prayers, and discussion. All are welcome.  This is an opportunity for those who cannot attend the week-long retreat to participate in an all- day teaching with Venerable Tenzin.  ( *For those registered for any of the residential or commuter Weeklong Retreat options, this one-day event is included in your retreat)

Schedule: Registration begins at 9:00am and the retreat goes from 10:00am – 4:00pm with a break for lunch.
