The Five Buddha Family

This brief retreat on the Five Buddha Family was based on the quintessential element that builds the Vajrayana system of study and practices. We studied, reflected, and meditated on the characteristics of the Five Dhyani Buddhas and how they relate to psychological/ religious dimensions of human experience(s).
This was an introductory retreat designed to familiarize oneself with various aspects of identity and belonging in the Buddhist tradition based on the characteristics embodied by the Five Dhyani Buddhas. We also reflected on the Mandala of the Five Buddhas and our place in it.
