Vipashyana or insight meditation, focuses on deep introspection and analysis of reality so one can develop the awareness and ability to see things as they really are and not as they seem to be. This retreat is a continuation of our study of Atisha’s Lam Rim texts, which describe the stages of the path to enlightenment in a clear and systemic manner.
To celebrate Vesakh Day, (Buddha’a birthday), Bodhimarga will host a Soup Kitchen on Friday the 3rd from 12 – 2pm or until soup runs out!
This retreat is part of the Foundation of Buddhism series and is open to all.
A donation of $150/single or $250/couple is suggested
